IT Partner Halves the Time Needed to Assess and Deploy Microsoft Server Software

In 2005, Dennis Supply needed to replace its aging computer systems and overtaxed network with a single operating environment that would support the company’s growth. NetSys+ used the Microsoft® Assessment and Deployment Solution for Midsize Businesses (ADS) to inventory the customer’s systems, create a proposal for a three-server network topology based on Microsoft server products, and provide prescriptive guidance for the implementation. ADS also helped automate the deployment of the recommended topology. NetSys+ estimates that ADS has reduced time and labor requirements by 50 percent, and Dennis Supply has benefited from an easier and faster transition to a proven, reliable, and scalable IT infrastructure.
